My Story
Acacia is run by me, Louis. I'm a Chef with an avid interest in unique food compositions, organic farming and connecting people with food and its' story. I earned my stripes in Bristol restaurants Maitreya, Napolita, Kino, The Canteen and Dela, as well as No Bones and Barrio in Byron Bay, Australia and more recently at the Bib Gourmand restaurant, Queen Of Cups, in Glastonbury. Available for hire for retreats, parties, festivals and other events, I can call on a pool of talented Chefs to cater for bigger dos and cater to your specific needs.
